Namaste

First night of yoga, and I'm already sore.

To stay in touch with each other, the soph roomies and I (plus Jenn) are getting together once a week for a yoga night.

Instantly it worked. Not only do I get to see old friends again, but I get to work on my relaxation and breathing techniques. Something I sorely need as this hectic school year is pushing full throttle.

Fourteen credits, plus 10 TA hours a week, plus 10 research hours a week, plus friends, plus church, plus sleep is getting hard to balance.

mmm. on tap for tonight? party. then sleep over at julia's... on a school night you say? yes. school nights are even less busy than the weekends around here.
